When Sara has a lazy Sunday, she spends it poking around flea markets and antique stores. She turns old furniture into reupholstered furnishings by herself, sometimes with fabric that she designed and printed! And how’s this – she’s self-taught. It all fits with her penchant for problem solving. That’s what drew her toward product design, and what pushed her to try a pastime that many may not have the stick-to-itiveness to attempt.
